Only what you voluntarily provide through our contact or call-booking forms: name, email, phone number, service of interest, approximate budget, desired timeline, and message. We don't collect any data without your knowledge.
To prepare for and hold your discovery call, respond to you, put together a quote, and follow up on an ongoing project. We never use this information for advertising purposes and never sell it.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-certified third-party provider. Lomotec LLC never stores your card numbers; that data goes directly and securely to Stripe. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how it handles your payment data.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If analytics tools are added in the future, this page will be updated accordingly before they go live.
We only share your information with providers strictly necessary to deliver the requested service (for example, Stripe for payments). We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your information is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship (quote, project, follow-up), then securely deleted or archived if nothing further comes of it.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you at any time, by writing to richardson@lomotecllc.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data submitted through our forms is transmitted securely. Access to this information is limited to the people at Lomotec LLC who need it to respond to you.
